My story

Every worthy venture was born of a pivotal moment in time. My story begins in 2020, a year that many can testify was a difficult challenge for individuals and families of all kinds. What makes this story unique is that right when the pandemic lockdowns began and great changes took place all over the world, I was experiencing a great change within myself; but the change in me did not at all reflect the state of the world: instead, this was the best year of my life! How is this possible? Lockdowns, restrictions, economic turmoil, abounding fear of sickness and poverty, rebellions, riots, and tensions arising between people who used to be at peace – all caused a general stress blanketing the world. I was living in a deep, shadowy valley at the start of 2020, but rose up to shining personal victory in my life before the end of 2020 in spite of all this! Now, every year since has been the best year yet. It happened for me because of one fateful day when I made a single decision that began an awesome avalanche of events that rocked my whole world. My name is Regina, and my great desire is to share with you how this was possible, and why all the things that worked for me will work for you, too!

Our mission is to bring about fullness our clients’ lives through educational, personalized, and collaborative coaching plans. We understand that transformation begins with a change that happens within a person – but real, impactful experiences must happen to facilitate the change within! Lifted Life aims to foster real life experiences which fan the flames of a fiery desire for life, for growth, and for doing what it takes to make your dreams become your reality!
